Luke Stitzinger grew up working outside with his family in upstate Pennsylvania, where he learned the value of hard work from his father and attention to detail from his mother. They taught him that no job is ever too small to be overlooked — and no job is ever too big to be overcome.
That set of values informed his early career in tech, where he led international teams to successfully solve customer problems until he relocated to Franklin, Tennessee, and rediscovered that early love of nature.
